FAFSA online: Error in "State of legal residence" box

Chào mọi người, tình hình là em đang điền cái FAFSA online, nhưng đến phần Student demographics > State of Legal residence nó báo lỗi, trong khung đó em chọn "Foreign Country" va stick "yes" vào "Did you become a legal resident of Foreign Country before January 1, 2006?"
Thật sự rất là confused khi em thử chọn bất kỳ state khác, và nó cũng báo lỗi!

Are you a US resident? If not, you're wasting your time with FAFSA, it's not for International students. Sorry for the bad news.

If you are US resident, I think that option meant to ask if you immigrated to another country then now come back. Check with your advisor.
