Job description:
  • Supports the Educational Services (ES) with overseas study services and related institutional services (advising, handling clients’ admission packages, etc.)
  • Helps to market and promote our overseas study services to students and parents
  • Arranges appointments with students, parents, university reps and other partners
  • Supports the development and maintenance of the office database
  • Contributes to logistical preparations for Capstone Vietnam's educational events, including higher education fairs
  • Contributes to translation work, as needed
  • Provides input about other facets of Capstone Vietnam's work
Job requirements (Education/Experience/Skills)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least one year of relevant professional experience
  • A basic understanding of the U.S. higher education system
  • Good computer skills (e.g., MS Office)
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Flexibility, initiative and good problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines, to multitask, and to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Conversational proficiency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and cross-cultural skills
  • Commitment to the mission of Capstone Vietnam
