All applicants must fill out the Loomis Chaffee application for admission. Included in this application are several short-answer questions and an essay question.

Candidates whose files are completed after January 15 will be considered on a rolling admission basis and therefore face a more competitive admission situation. Whenever candidates have questions about the availability of spaces, they should call the Office of Admission directly.

For Financial Aid, you have to complete the SSS Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS).
You can either ask the admission officer to send you a copy of the form, or submit it online here: https://sss.ets.org/pfsHome.do

A friend of mine from Saudi Arabia, in the middle of many violent conflicts in Middle East, was very concerned about visiting Vietnam because of the bird flu. Each of us is feared in our own BIASED way. Second, many things (like sky diving or riding gigantic rollercoasters) made me scared when I was about to do it. However, after I did it, it wasn't that scary. In other words, the PERCEPTION/THOUGHT of a negative outcome like fear is more intense than the outcome itself. There's a psychology term for this but I forgot.

Also, high risk, high return! Imagine how many Vnese can go to boarding schools, speak Arabic fluently and have friends from very different backgrounds.

Back to the topic, this is such a great opportunity. With such a cultural experience, you would def. stand out when applying to college as well.

Em có thể vào mục admission của trang web 2 trường trên vào gửi mail cho admission officer, thường 24-48 giờ sau họ sẽ trả lời và gửi tài liệu về trường cho em và hướng dẫn em cách làm hồ sơ apply và xin fin aid được mà!

em nghĩ mỗi trường ở VN cần có bản tiếng Anh "course description" có sig của hiệu trưởng cẩn thận. Kèm theo bản dịch học bạ.
Hôm nọ em nhờ trường cấp 2 của em làm như thế, fax sang phát, counselor nhìn choáng!
